Tuck in to this delicious dish, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

 4 Multi-grain wraps
 ½ Tin black beansrinsed & drained
 ½ Tin sweetcorndrained
 12 Cherry tomatoescut in halves
 ½ Red onionfinely chopped
 100 g Dubliner Lighter Whitegrated
 1 Red chilisliced
 1 Green chilisliced
 Salt & pepper

Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / gas 4.

Stack wraps on a cutting board then cut into 8 wedges. Spread wedges onto large baking trays (avoid having them overlap too much) then bake in pre-heated oven until toasted and crisp, 8-10 minutes.

In an oven safe pan or dish, assemble as follows. Do 3 layers of the following, a layer of the toasted wrap tortillas, sprinkling of black beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes, red onion and Dubliner Lighter White cheese. Top off with red and green chilli and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbling, 8-10 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and salsa.
