Beef Tacos
Dubliner Beef Tacos.
Ingredients
Directions
To cook the mince, heat a large pan on medium high heat. Add olive oil then add the mince. Break up large pieces with a fork and spread mince over surface of the pan. Brown the meat, stirring occasionally.
Lower heat to medium low then add the onion and garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the spices and seasoning, then add the tin of chopped tomatoes. Stir to combine and leave to simmer until half of the liquid has been reduced, stirring occasionally. Between 10-15 minutes.
Taste for seasoning and add more salt & pepper if needed. Remove from heat.
To assemble the tacos, spoon cooked mince into a taco shell along with grated Dubliner cheese, then add your preferred toppings like guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
Enjoy immediately.
Tacos make a great make-your-own meal. Simply lay out all of the parts needed in separate bowls and have fun mixing and matching different fillings in your tacos.
