1 Large bag of tortilla chips
 100 g Dubliner Cheese, grated
 Handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
 Handful black olives, sliced
 Pickled jalapenos

Line the basket of the air fryer with tinfoil then drop in the tortilla chips.

Sprinkle over half of the grated cheese then add the cherry tomatoes, olives and jalapeños. Finish off with the rest of the cheese.

Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for about 5 minutes.

Lift the nachos out of the air fryer by the tinfoil and place on a serving plate or board.

Garnish with chopped chives and a few dollops of sour cream then dig in while hot.
